TERMS
Our regular terms are 2% 10th of the following month, Net 11th. Future orders
will be held if there are unpaid invoices 60 days past the invoice date.

Rt.48 Manufacturing Plants (Cincinnati, OH area) and/or Individual Manufacturer's
Plant.
DELIVERY (Rt.48 Graphics)
(Allow) 3-4 weeks: Apparel and Glassware/Collectables. Exact Graphic Reorder:
2-3 weeks 4-6 weeks: Other Imprinted Collectables. Exact Graphic Reorder:
3-4 weeks 6-8 weeks: Imprinted Supplies. Exact Graphic Reorder: 4-6 weeks
Allow an additional 2-3 weeks delivery time during peak ordering seasons!
Custom Graphics: Allow an additional 2-3 weeks
QUANTITY SHIPPED
vs. QUANTITY ORDERED
Due to the difficulty in manufacturing exact quantities, a shipment of 10%
over or under the quantity ordered will be considered fulfillment of the
order.
FREIGHT CLAIMS,
MISSHIPMENTS, OR SHORTAGES
Notification of any shortage, mis-shipments or claims, must be made to our
customer service department within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS
Imprintables are custom made expressly for you. Naturally, only Rt.48 defective
products can be considered and must be accompanied by a return authorization
label and number. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization
will be refused. Please call our customer service department for further
assistance.
ARTWORK AND SET-UP
CHARGES
We reserve the right to determine what is camera-ready artwork. Normal set-up
and screen charges apply to camera-ready artwork only. Extra charges may
be incurred for artwork which is not camera-ready. Art charges will be billed
at $35 per hour. Screen Charges are billed one-time, if used at least once
annually. Set-Up Charges, if any, are billed on each order.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
LICENSING
AND ROYALTIES
Licensing fees and royalty charges are added to orders…when applicable.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is subject to all costs incurred if the order can be cancelled.
