A. Electronic
Data Interchange (EDI)
If you are creating purchase orders on your system, you can transmit
those orders directly into our system, thus eliminating manual
production of orders that must be faxed or called in.
B. Remote Order
Entry/Access
With Internet Access and the use of a PC/MAC, you can enter
your own orders directly into our system, perform stock and price
checks, verify backorder status, etc.
C. Custom Database
Program
This allows customers with a unique computer system the ability
to load essential Service Wholesale data to their system.
D. Customer Histories
Customer Histories giving you details of what you have purchased
are available by manufacturer or by subject class in two different
layouts. These reports are helpful as a history, as an inventory
or stock control report, as a buying guide, as a velocity report
and as a purchase order form.
E. Custom "Service"
Reports
Using a sophisticated tracking system that is market specific
(collegiate, stationary stores, etc.) we can supply you with data
suggesting the best and most current items for your consideration.
For example, collegiate data is derived from sales to 1,500+ college
and university stores across the country and can be specifically
geared for bulk/open stock or carded/peggable merchandise users.
F. Open Order/Back
Order Report
We can supply you with a detailed report on your back order status
and on orders entered into the system but not yet shipped.
G. Flex-O-Gram™
Programs
Our Flex-O-Gram program is designed to give you maximum flexibility
in setting up a basic or advanced plan-o-gram. It assists both
of us in choosing what you need ... based on your space, fixtures
and situation. Together, we can quickly and systematically pick
between top selling products on a per category basis.
H. Pre-Printed
Shelf Labels
System printed labels (shelf stickers/tag hook labels) are available.
The format ranges in complexity from a simple item number and
description label to a more complex label that includes bar code,
list price, etc.
I. Inventory Control
Tags
System printed inventory control hang-tags to be placed behind
peggable items on hanging hooks are available. These professionally
produced tags are easily hooked or removed without the need to
remove the merchandise and are pre-printed on the back for those
who desire manual stock control capabilities.
J. DDMS Users
